V1 problem

Hey guys I've had my v1 for awhile and it's performed perfectly. Currently have v3.825 and 1.8. Up til last week it hasn't alerted me anything, even thru typical Walgreens. I have it on A mode with pop and haven't changed anything. Also looked at the prog mode and all the arrows are up. Any remedies..? Or should I just send it in n get an update and forget about it. Thanks!!

If you are the original owner, VR will most likely repair it N/C even if it's out of warranty.If it has been working perfectly up until recently and if you aren't picking up anything now, you need to send it in for service.

You can go to the upgrades page on their website, enter your serial number, and see how much it would cost to upgrade to the latest version.
