i just found a whistler 1730, and i am wondering if it is any good i dont remember using it and i want to give it to a friend, but if its crap im not going to, or maybe i will :twisted: .

K is acceptable, Ka is only good for 10 over at best, laser is exceptional - better than my RX65.
it is a good solid detector my friend has one
