Which rev X50? Based on my experiences, the M4 platform is significantly improved for laser sensitivity over the older platform.

Cool that the Whistler does so well. It provides a less expensive alternative to the big 3-5. Now if we can get people to buy those instead of Crapras.

One of are goals in the whistler section forum is to get some people that use the top 3 or so and try out a whistler like happya$$ has. Then you get to join the whistler family and be called a nutcase and a liar because nobody believes you that a best bang for the buck detector can do some d a m n good.

And you'll be accused of taking kick-backs from Whistler. LOL.

One thing I noticed is that Cobra is *more expensive* than Whistler, but I guess in this instance, you don't get what you pay for.

    Wow! Very Impressive!

I have had a few laser alerts with my V-1 mounted high (on the the visor) a few years ago. Those cops were close to 1000', though.

    Impressive, Whistler!

    That was just one time!

I always had good things to say about my Whistler, but seemingly everything I said fell on deaf ears. Then you started raving about your PRO-73 hardcore, Mike B. started posting in most of your threads... so figured you must've struck a deal to get something out of all your promoting, haha.

Though when it comes to infatuation with Whistler products, I think whistlerfan takes the cake. At least he's a former user of Bel products... although what I say is absolutely true (no exaggeration) about my 1793SE's solid performance, I don't have any personal experience w/the rest as to make any comparisons. I'm sure I would be blown away if I ever got my hands on a V1. Though that probably won't happen because... well... why do I need one if I have a Whistler that give me all the protection I need. 8)
