Help! I have the Whistler 1430!

I have the Whistler 1430; I do not have the manual and my son pushed all the buttons one day and so I dont know now if i have it set correctly to pick up radar. Can anyone help me set this? :?:

Hold the power and quiet button down and then apply the pawer cord.

The unit should give you 2 beeps and reset the unit to the factory defaults.

I have a 1430 manual if you need it.
