New x695 delivered today and have ? and issues

So i turned it to filter2 to try and eliminate the K and KA POP then pulse alerts that were alot in the trips around town today. None showed any freq except one so I assume out of 12 or 13 alerts one real. What is this meaing to a newbie? All are pop or pulse except that one real one. I dont remember my escort doing this.

turn pop off, most of the pop alerts are falses.

The FIlter modes do not filter POP, they only filter standard alerts as if you have POP ON, the POP features must still be present.

If you are receiving false "POP" alerts, you would need to shut the POP feature OFF.

Pulse will only show up if POP is on.

I'm talking about detecting and giving an alert, not cloaking.

I can't find anything in the specs about this.

FILTER mode is recommended because POP is detected 50% of the time ! This also opens doors to leaky detectors. FILTER 1 AND FILTER 2 do an excellant job filtering out leaky RD's.

It shouldn't. POP only affects the detector's alerting to alerts <100ms ish in length. That should not affect any reasonable definition of quick trigger

Increasing filter options too high might affect your ability of detecting quick IO shots though I am not sure how many cops do 0.3s blasts as quick-IO
