so i guess if I'm in the market and I'm leasing, I should move forward with the LPP since it has wireless...
Does anyone know when the beta phase for LI wireless will be completed?
DJ: I used one of those at SML... Worse than Cobra![]()
Really? I've seen a video somewhere comparing it to the V1 and it looked pretty sensitive. Damn Youtube tricking me again! This video:
YouTube - Valentine 1 vs. Maruhama CH-888
it's not cheetah wireless kit... it's beeing developed by part of LI team
ivan did contact cheetah about getting their wireless kit to work with LI, but there is a problem because cheetah cannot support all possible voice skins for LI (users can make their own skins)
i am not allowed to say much more, but there is working prototype and it sohouldn't take too long until finished product hits the road![]()
I would ask this in the Cheetah forum, but as far as I know LI never sent final production unit to Cheetah, but that was a few months back.
As for using the wireless kit with other jammers it would work like this, the front 2 heads will wire to the kit which stays under the hood and plugs into the LI interface.
As for the rear heads you do not need 2 kits, but here is the tricky part. You will need to wire them from the rear to the front, either under the car and away from moving parts and heat back to the LI interface under the hood or run it into the interior of the car say through the trunk, then passenger compartment through the firewall and into the LI interface.
Then the wireless kit will transmit the signals to the receiver in the cabin or through the Cheetah Mirror.
