I have always used the 9500i to GPS locations. I think it helps for night driving a lot!

STi R, STi R Plus (when it comes out), and/or V1 and you have to use a rabbit or have traffic ahead. Without cars ahead you will have nothing to pick up until it's too late.

It was just bad timing on my part. It was night heading west on OH RT 30/62. The Leo was heading in the opposit direction when we both approached that little u-turn they put in the median at the same time. He timed it to hit me with K band i/o just before the u-turn and nailed me.

The V1 went to full alert but it was too late. It was the only time my V1 was ever beaten by radar.

rabbits are rare, you don't want to drive like grandma for a week waiting for one.

You obviously have never driven in Florida. The wait for a good rabbit around these parts can be measured in minutes as opposed to days.

X10 to all of the inputs. Bama troopers use I/O Stalker 90% of the time and with the old I/O MPH K-55 X bands now gone, one learns to get fast reactions with the proper settinge on a super super fast RD (no filtering to delay the alarm) to have a small chance with other traffic around. Something to add, learn radar for I/O is user limited under certain conditions with other traffic around. Do not stand out in the eyes of the Leo, stay out of the fast lane, slow before a possible Leo hiding spot, do stay in traffic to use the other autos to block you and try to hide to confuse the Leo eyes, and just don't be the strongest signal nor the fastest signal by sticking your neck out and your good to go. It is the Leo's weakness to confirm the exact speeder is the only advantage we have against I/O when no early warning is given, or find an exit real fast. One has to play the odds and hope because it is a gamble, knock on wood....
