Default LI new firmware update changes?

Just wondering what the new LI firmware update does. Anyone try it out yet?

Nothing new.All the update was to tweak some bugs out.

Internet updatable devices are one of the greatest feature a manufacturer can offer ---most lasers makers offer them ---
    wonder when rd's producers will step-up ?

Correct me if I am late in my infos.

    Thanks.

Idk but that would be nice for fixes for rd's.

Unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean, my STiR + plus and a few other Belscort models can update their firmware via USB connection. This already exists in the RD market.

Thanks , this was exactely my meaning , now I remember when I tried the Escort Live in march that my Redline was updated via internet .

    Side note :

Unfortunately I did not find Live usefull enough to keep it ---not a single report-alert during 400 miles thru NYS on the 87 + a huge data fee of $ 70.00 ---costly trial with no help-apology from Escort...just a fast refund,,,no Why When How.

I forecast a short life for Live ---they talk to themselves ...

I've read that Waze and Trapster are far more viable options. While the conecpt of automatic updates through Escort Live is a great perk, I agree with you that the very limited user base (by comparison) of only select Belscort users will probably be its demise.
