Basically it notifies you of locations LEO's often sit at with levels of frequency. It will also notify you of RLC's. Quite nice when in areas you don't know well. However the notification distance for highway isn't enough and sometimes the accuracy of your location on the map is off.

Basically if you have a smart phone its an app you can download.
