You will love the Redline no doubt, however the suggestion on the V1 with C-50 is not a bad idea either for the same price your covered on the camera's....

The C50 is about the best photo enforcement detection device I have used. It is just alot more helpful than my 9500ix and you are able to set your own alert preferences instead of being forced to use what Escort thinks you need. The voice alerts are awesome, the speedtrap database is alot better than Escorts, and the price is decent ($100).

    My vote:

    Redline + C50

Nothing to do with RD's, but 3:10 to Yuma is one of my favorite western movies, I just figured you should know.

Out of the 2 RD's go with your gut feeling, pretty sure these guys here will give you good advice on what to get, so I can't type my opinion on any of these RD's, because I own the ix, good luck.

I have a Redline on the way. I am deciding on the Chettah c50 or Passport SC55. The only value to integration I see is that you can set a min speed for alerts. Other than that the Cheetah C50 is cheaper too. Any vids on the SC55 in action?

The integration of the SC55 is the best part of owning one, not that I do, yet...

    Actually. I think that's a good topic for a side-by-side review.

    C100 vs. SC55.

I like the idea of the SC55 integration (bar display on the SC55, and Spec display on the actual RD)

At the same time, I like the better database of the C100.

I hope somebody will post a side-by-side video sometime.

I thought the Cheetah and Defender database were about the same??
