Since anything above 3.826 is a "hardware" upgrade, chances are your V1 will be updated to 3.826 if you don't pay for the upgraded hardware.

I just got my v1 back from being tuned up (was 3.821)...

Western KY, haven't seen much laser or much activity from LEO's, however, have ran into some KA IO every once in a while.

people living in KY will tell you that county LEO's still use X-band (mainly around Maysville, KY or about 40-50 miles south of cincinnati.

I can't give you any details around western KY tho.
