V1 almost useless in Ohio!

i am a owner of the V1 and cannot find any other radar detector that beats it, however 9 out of my last 10 attacks were laser attacks! its kinna depressing but the v1 did alert to almost all those laser attacks which is pretty impressive in itself. no doubt the V1 will still be in my car, but lookout for laser when ur in Ohio, cause thats about all they use. :?

well the V1 has SUPERIOR laser detection by far the best. You need a jammer man. Despite the V1 being superior it's still laser.

you're absolutely correct, the V1 is totally worthless.

I just drove to from Indianapolis to Columbus to Cincinnati to Columbus to Dayton to Columbus to Indianapolis (680miles total) and got hit twice by LIDAR in Ohio. Both times the officer hit me three seperate times within 500 feet. I don't know if they are required to do so or had trouble getting a good read on me. I generally kept it under 15 over the PSL the entire time and let off the gas as soon as I got the first LASER hits, but neither of the officers gave me a second look. I don't know if the under 15 was acceptable to them on these days or if they only managed to get a good reading on the third try after I slowed down a bit, but never the less I was happy that the V1 alerted me to their attempts.
