Where's the source?

I was driving along today and got a quick ramp up of Ka on the V1 that hovered around full strength. It was a single source but the arrows were dancing. This occured for about a half mile until I turned the V1 off and turned it on again. It disappeared.

It was mind-boggling.

Yeah, were there other cars around you? This happens with those effin cobras, RMRs etc...
