Default quick k band mute question

I'm trying to program my V1 to unmute at 6 bars on K. But it seems that it always unmutes at 4 bars, even before the 30 second mute has expired. It's a bit annoying.

I have option E down (stay muted at 4 lights) and option F up (unmute at 6 lights on) , this SHOULD be correct?

If I have option E down AND F down, it actually never unmutes no matter if it's K I/O or if it gradually gets to max K.

The signal maybe spike and the fall back down to alarm at any amount of LEDs because the display is slow to respond. Ever noticed when turning around on a source that the V1 still points the wrong way for a couple of seconds or more?......P.S.- Switch the unit in little l mode and circle around and repeat the alarm and watch the signal that way but do not run into something while eye balling the LEDs. Also check the LEDs out in the parking lot of the local drug store so you can do circles to repeat the alarm.....

spike is what I was thinking as well
    Signal has to increase gradually
Sudden surges trip over to reguar volume

If you are using big L you don't know what the LEDs were before it went off.

Is your muted volume control knob at minimum?

E & F is 100% muting under any strength so no regular volume until time is over, muted volume lever still cranks up the volume in small L mode. (my favorite)

There is one more mode, F down (with E left in the up default position) increases the strength threshold to all eight LED's or unlimited strength if the time threshold is not over and the signal increases gradually.
again sudden surge trips over to regular volume, unlike E & F together

No big "L" with K-band muting. Little "l" only.

Yep I think it is spikes. I thought that it will unmute at 6, period. Doesn't matter if it spikes or is gradual but thats not the case looks like. A lot of falses I run into spike like this due to of axis angles and such.
