Another Ka 35.5 Save, Cobra User Gets Lit Up

Some guy ahead of me was doing 70 in a 55 in his V6 Honda accord/civic w/ a Cobra, what ever it was. So I thought I'd show him up and put my 4cyl '07 Hyundai Elantra to 85-90. DESTROYED HIM! lol.

2 minutes after... beep, KA BAND, beep, beep.... then 5 seconds later, my friend sees an LEO on the other side of traffic coming down from over a hill. So I slowed down and the Honda cobra guy passed me. He slowed down too late and the cop saw him speeding.

Watching behind me in my rearview mirror, I see the LEO turn into our side of traffic, and think "lol, goodbye you POS civic "

He got lit up. I got to watch the cop pull him over in front of me.

I wonder at what point, or even if, that dude's Cobra even began to alert to that 35.5 Ka gun.

COP *Sees Cobra Radar Detector, which isn't even alerting* "I see you have a radar detector, it isn't making any noise and my gun is on, what a POS, those things don't work"

COBRA GUY: "Uhh I guess not"

moments later

COP: "Here is your BIG FAT TICKET. Have a nice Day!"

COBRA GUY: "Uhh OK." *Under breath* "Stupid Radar Detector" *Throws out window*

I would never give a cobra to my kid. Really I would give one to people I hate and want them to get a ticket.

Civics don't come in a V6. If you saw a V6 badge on it, it is either some ricer who stuck a stick on V6 badge on his Civic, or a V6 Accord. Anywho, glad you didn't get a ticket.
