ALP reverting to deafualt settings ??

Hi ALL,

Would the unit revert to deafualt setting after having it all set up on flash drive and working fine for a few weeks if you happend to use a crummy USB stick ( even after i was told to use a good qual one ) ?

Took the stick out and reloaded the files on to it and put it back and all is good for a few weeks and the first thing i notice is no sound and after pushing a few buttons the sound is back but so is the fog light control , so i know its not using the program on the stick.

Is this a result of using a crummy stick ?

Anytime you do updates you should "reload" your Set-Up file for Defense settings you chose.

I've never had any problems when using San Disk 8 or 16GB USBs.

Thanks for the reply , I just got a 6gb scan disk micro cruzer and copied over my files to it. I then built a new set up and put that on the cruzer as well.
as soon as I powered on it said update (something I for get what it said ) a good sounding msg and all is well.
I get my led dimming and my fog light button is doing the right thing so I know it using my setup.

Thanks again , I hope to have no more to say for this other than USE A GOOD USB STICK like it says.
