I've no doubt Waze will be a mesh of all GPS detectable vehicles on your car screen. The other day a car 80ft from my driveway set off my collision avoidance "red marked it as a threat on my Camaro back up screen" and tracked its movement. It won't be too long before you can track your mother in law to avoid her.
