i keep seeing the bel 895 radio shack model being listed as a very good unit... what is this in the reg bel vector line? do they have a equivelent one in the reg line. i get everything but the rx model thorugh out account with them (bel, through the shop we own)... so i want to get her one of the reg bel's what is the best of the line besides the rx65?? what are the real advantages of the 955 to the 965 to the 995 detection wise. i have all the books/specs but the only one i have personally used is the 995.

also does whistler or cobra even compete with any of the mentioned bel's?? i can get the pro73 and all the other whistlers and all the newest cobras as well?? doesnt have to be the best out for her she doesnt drive very much except locally with the baby. and she has a blinder m-20 extreme on the car as well. thanks for the help

STAY AWAY FROM COBRA! now the 955 is the EXACT same thing as the 895, the 895 can only be bought at radio shack. if you want the best vector go for the 995. the range on all these units are similar but the filtering is what makes them stand apart. i have a 955 and a 795 both arent all that shabby

Get an X50 and leave it at that. You want a unit that doesn't require any attention and is quiet around the city. Get it hard wired to a switched power source.

why would i call roy when i buy them direct??? why should i pay a higher price when its 100% authorized and legit if i buy from... well .. me??? i spoke to roy before and he seems like a great guy and he takes care of his customers... now if i wanted an escort id call him. i dont get those..thats why i didnt list it

any way so the bell's mid priced models are that much better then the whistler pro models?? i just dont sell enough of each different model to have seen first hand how well they all work
