    Default 995 acting up, SelfCal 3 msg, then service required

    Well the inevitable happened. My Bel V995 displayed SelfCal 3 this morning. After this happened I reset is and it did it again. Then I had ka going off w/ one bar for 7-10 miles. I unplugged it and tried is again and SelfCal 3 came up and within 2 minutes "service required" came on the display. I have only had the unit for 5-6 months :shock: . I called Bel and they told me that I would have to send the unit in and they would either send me the same unit or send me a brand new one. I was having good luck w/ this unit until now. Even the lady at BelEscort said that this shouldn't have happened. . Hope I get a brand new unit folks.

    my 1st RX65 was like that nomatter how many times i reset it or shut it off shortly after the death messege would appear

    Good luck nma on getting your 995 fixed i hope you do!!! Hope we can do some more testing in the future as i have a prolaser gun in the mail next year ill have a stalker lz1 in the mail so... we'll have more guns..maybe ill get a stalker lz1 and a laser atlanta....
