Adjusting INTL and USA?

How do I get to that option? I read the manual and can't locate it. I'm using the RX65.

hold down the "mode" and "brightness" buttons simultaneously until "Program" appears. hit the "mode" button until you see "Bands MOD" or something like that; hit the "brightness" button until you see "Ka ____", then hit the "mute" button until it says "Ka USA" then wait 8 seconds or for the rx65 to go back to normal.
