mounting the rx65 right the below the sun visor`

would this effect any range at all since its way to the left then in the middle of the window, and also i have a tinted part on the window, its those do it yourself tints it like purple caller, would this effect the ranger, cause on day i was infront of a walgreens and i took my rx65 and put it infront of the tint and it decrease like 1-2 bars then whent i brought it downt from the tint it went up again 1-2 bars

It shouldn't do anything to radar range unless it has metal in it.
