Does anyone know if we could send in our old units for the upgrade?

The STi has been out for a while now, besides the concealed mount any new stealth detectors coming out?

Or you could just specify you want a 2707 as soon as they are available, as I did.

Did you receive the unit, and was it infact a 2707?

I called Beltronics customer service today, and the CSR reps are well aware of the 33.8 STi bug.

They said they will update my unit with the new software because it is still under warranty. If it is not under warranrty you pay $59.99USD for the software update/repair.

It will take 3 - 4 weeks to have the whole process complete.

I tried to push for free freight but she would have to put my on hold for a supervisor so I said not to worry.

Having said this, when can see some new testing on the STi's that do not have this bug. Put the matter to bed that the STi is the best window mount detector in North America.
