    Default Beltronics Customer Service

I called bel last week to inquire about getting front face cover for 995 detector, lady on the other end of the phone said no problem we will send it right out. So i asked her how much she said no charge, i thought that was good customer service. Has anybody else had any similar results?

Yep. Last year when I received my STi back from getting the 33.8 fix, it came back with a scratched display cover. I did the online chat thing on Escort's web site and they sent me a new display cover at no charge. That made me a happy camper.

Yes they are very nice. I still have one of the "old style" v940's which has the seperate lighter plug power wire. I lost the part that goes in the socket and called to order one. The lady did the same for me. No charge. Not even postage.

I sent my STI in and I asked them about my free hat, one showed up
at the door in less than a week.

It may have been. I have bought a bunch of acessories from them because they do me right. I have several vehicles set up with windsheild mounts and concealed long straightcords for old reliable. I just havent had to buy a new detector from them yet because the old one refuses to die and still competes well with my x50.

When your company (over)charges 1100.00 for a radar detector (or 1700.00 from their sister company) you had BETTER make sure that you give the best customer service on this planet
