Old 1995 Beltronics address

I see on my 1995 Bel 745STi box, the old address for Beltronics was
Beltronics USA head office
8100 Sagl Parkway
Covington, Georgia
USA 30209
Since Bel must have moved out of this address to move into Cincinnati, I wonder what is at this old address now?

According to google maps there is a Little Angels Child Care. Street view shows a rather small building which means Bel was a small company back then.

The address was used mainly for tax purposes.

Rudy Sagl, former owner of Beltronics, basically set up a shell company in Atlanta because of lower tax rates in Georgia than in Ontario. I believe Rudy moved down to Atlanta as well. There might have been a small number of staff there, admin, CSR's etc., but all manufacturing, tech support, sales and marketing were at the Mississauga, ON headquarters.
