Should software version A4 M9 with a date code of 0209 have the ramp fix and 33.8 fix?

Yes it has both updates. Those updates happened in mid 07.

I imagine it would have the 33.8 fix but I'm not sure about the ramp up fix.

My A4 M9 1808 doesn't have the ramp up fix but my A6 M9 2209 does.

My STi Driver's build code is 4507, and is Rev. A7M9. As of the time I bought it the 33.8 bug fix was applied, but I had to send it in for the ramp-up fix. I would imagine all current models would have both. Before the ramp-up fix, there were two audible alert levels: slow, and just somewhat faster.
