Bel V955 Autoscan or Highway

Sup people just got this detector and so far I love it. Only thing that sucks is for 160 they can't throw in a simple carrying case? Come on...but anyway, I'm reading the manual and it says the best mode is Autoscan. Is this true? When I'm on the highway its best to leave it on autoscan or highway? Thanks for any feedback.

Highway. Yaa I paid $291 something, for a few extra features and a case. Then again I went through 3 of them based upon stupidity, read my thread about speaker blown.

In Highway mode, I think threats are analyzed faster, giving you a better shot at picking up I/O Shots.

I used to run it in Autoscan but then I tested it out in Highway mode and got better results. Always run in Highway mode unless you're in a city.

I figured that. The first thing I did when I powered it on was put it on Highway. Thanks guys.
