Sti-R plus display changed to blue

I know that the 9500ci and the sti-r plus will have the same display. I read somewhere that someone was able to send in the sti-r plus display and get it changed to blue for a nominal fee. Is this still true? I'd love to have the blue color.

Haven't herd that this can be done, but if it is and i ever get a Plus i prefer Blue too.

Thats b/c all the lights inside ur car are blue. Like mine!

Love the blue, and is so clear at night (i drive a lot at night), and yet isn't as obviously a RD.

Yes, i beleve the display is about $180. Don't know why i didn't think of mentioning you can buy one instead of changing out the display.
