STIR plus display not working
posted this on other forums but hoping to get a response:

my STIR plus display stopped working. I checked fuses and other things but its fine. My cars accessory fuse blew and i replaced it. The unit powers up and detects and alerts through the speaker. I adjusted brightness but no change in the display

Any way I can assess the display to see if its fried or if its the interface? Maybe checking with a multimeter?

The only way you can trouble shoot it would be to plug in another, known good, display into the interface. If you installed this yourself then please send me a private message with your name and address and I will set up a service order for you. If you had it installed then please contact your installer to have it serviced.

I will take the unit out and test it in a controlled environment to make sure its not an issue with power or ground and contact you
