I've got the Bel XR950 & M40 jammer. The only time my detector goe's off is wen I see a cop with it's radar on, or a Speed camera van operating on Ka. It has an excellent pickup range and has NEVER faulsed on me period.

Listie thats because the XR950 is one of the few REAL (real=actually differs from American counterpart)AUNZ detectors that scan AFAIK 34.2GHz - 35.2GHz and with most of those cheapies causing falsing on 33.xGHz you don't get to see them.
Of course I don't mind having an STi with falses cuz the sensitivity is CRAZY!!!!!!!!!
That could very well be true, GTO_04 (newer Bels versus older models/versions).Originally Posted by GTO_04
I recently purchased the Vector 895 and have had it for the past week or so.....and I've ran it in AutoScan exclusively and have gotten a few K readings from right at and just over one mile out. Whether or not that is considered "good", I don't know, but considering the terrain (hilly, winding, on the polar opposite side of an 8 lane bi-directional interstate with a 4 foot concrete median wall in between, etc.), I thought that the range on K band was pretty good. I've yet to run it in Highway mode, or with POP enabled.....but the detection and range with AutoScan enabled seems to be pretty good thus far in my real-world testing......
