BLINDER INSTALL IN CANADA/US BORDER

anyone know where I could get a BLINDER Instaled in CANADA, if not I89 I91 Vermont State is very close to me I could get there for the install...thanks, also is there a web site of autorized installer or something

Any Automotive Radio shop, Electrical Shop, or Mechanic should be able to do it.
But find someone that can keep their "Mouth Shut" if you're having it done up here..... :wink:

It definitely is in Ontario and I believe in Quebec....better check your HTA ( Highway Traffic Act)

In Ontario it is illegal to own or operate any device that warns of or interferes with the operation of any speed measuring equipment

I didnt find anythign about JAMMING only having a Radar detector " A warning device" it dosnt says anything about "Interfering"

:? is it the end of the speeding days for me :/ I don't want to get in trouble for jamming there gun, even If I turn blinder off after speeding they can still see the jamming code :cry:

One of the "perks" of the blinder is that it isn't suppose to give off a jamming code. Now, i'm not sure if it is this way all the time, but I know that is one of the things that they advertise on their webpage.

The Code de Securite Routiere says nothing about LIDAR at all. Radar detector and jammer are illegal, subject to fine $500 to $1000 + surcharge but LIDAR anything is perfectly fine.

But that doesn't mean the police will be very friendly with you... however a blinder puts no LO leakage or anything so it is not detectable save for eyes.
