I believe Jimbonzzz is working on something silmilar. I seen the prototype and it worked FLAWLESSLY

There are some testers everywhere near to roads. But pay attention: testings are free of charge if you drive below a certain speed only!
By the way Roy has RLT-500 testers as I know, you should ask him.
