Try a TV remote if you have the newer generation which has the 30 second start up area. And use a camera Cell Phone.

i have the newer blinder with the 30 sec startup check, how do u use a camer cell phone what exactly do i need to do i tried to set it off wit a tv remote but it didnt do nething

well aim the camera at the head and look at the head the lights should flash blue if the head is responding to the remote
