I hope the Veil on chrome comes out like the Saab accessory grilles "Black Pearl" or whatever it is, it looks very cool indeed

There is the gradual shift of lidar growing everywhere, because it is "new technology" but I think it will equalize in the future, always radar will be here.

If you look on the press releases on the SQ web site, you can see them using Laser Atlanta guns in all the press releases about "speed enforcement", most date back to 2001 or so. However, I have aucun reply to my email I sent to the SQ about what kind of radar/lidar they use :x what is the right email address? I sent to the "general use" one and they send me back "we have forwarded this message to the right person, madame"

If everything moves to lidar this would be actually not so bad. No law on the books about "remmaj" here, and also it is only when not moving - my biggest fear is when I am going about 130, 140 on a 90km/h road and a SQ comes at me in the opposite direction, blast of Ka, Spectre armed, big ticket for speed big ticket for RD scary!

Information from the dealers we have in CA.
Laser is not new, but on the rise.
I know they use the LTI guns, not sure on the L/A.

The OPP do on occasion sit on an overpass on the 400 series,
shoot cars from the rear with Laser and radio ahead.....

rear with Laser and radio ahead
and it is much , much easier to acquire a speed from the rear , tested by my-self with Osprey speed/range finder.

Hum , thinking of veiling my rear plate .
