ummm thanks for giving 'support' to people who buy a blinder. I don't think people will need support with a blinder. They're going to need a traffic attorney to help them out of their laser ticket.
Why are people so negative about this product?! Is it a money thing or is it a disgruntled customer thing stemming from people that bought into the LI hype, when they should've went with a jammer that has been prooven reliable year after year?

Meat, I've came accross alot of your posts during my research out of which one to buy, I've seen your posts on countless forums all upset about your faulty LI, and the fact that you even have a LI is still unverifiable.

The problems with the LI posted by other members psuaded me away from it, and reinforced my decision to go with blinder.

I've spent about $500 on my blinder, and as a result of it saving my ass from that state trooper, it's the best money I've ever spent, considering I have a BPO license and just being pulled over would've probably taken me to jail lol.

I know people are usually biased towards the product they own... and I'm not going to deny that, I am biased... I own the blinder, and it saved my ass by performing as advertised.

I'm glad I made an educated decision about this product... I never go with products that all of a sudden jump to the top of the game. Using that as a rule of thumb makes you a smart consumer... nothing can substitute a proven track record time after time. This is why I also own a valentine 1, this is why I shop at publix and not albertsons, this is why I don't buy sony or HP computers, this is why I don't buy firestone tires lol...

I don't know about anybody else... but blinder is working for me. However, If I have any problems , I'll be sure to post my customer service experience.

Where is the value in a post like this? Taking pot shots at someone that's actually providing value to the board in answering questions and offering educated opinions without sales hype? Must be another case of PUI. (Posting under the Influence)

I for one have been using a Blinder M-20 for almost three years in the Illinois Indiana Wisconsin area. I have had over 20 verifiable laser hits (as in I can eyeball the Officer pointing his laser gun at me), and everytime, I was able to slow down, turn off the Blinder, let him get a read and drive on - no stop, no violation, no problem. I'm way behind the curve on which is the best detector, blinder, etc. I was just checking in here to get updates on new technology in use by law enforcement, as I'm doing some cross country travel this weekend. Thankfully, I find my aging m20 to still be up to snuff. Now on to check on my Bel 955 - sure hope there's less flaming going on there...

    Default Thats awesome :)

    Jim_R,

Man That is awesome to hear about your M-20. Since there is really no upgrades or changes in Lidar guns like there is in Radar, your Blinder M-20 will provide you with plenty of protection. I had my M-20 for 2 years before I went to the M-25. My M-20 saved my butt so many times, I lost count. I ended up selling it to my best friend, and he loves it. Plus they are very reliable. I wish more people would post Blinder stories, of how well their blinder has worked for them. If you ever have any questions or concerns on your Blinder M-20 feel free to PM me or post it. Thats what I'm here for.

    Default The numbers!

    crazyVOLVOrob,

Let me help you out here my friend. Blinder has a 6% return rate on defective LED/interface boxes. Now if leon sells over 2000 M-20's/M-25's units a month and only gets maybe 12 back defective, then I would say its pretty reliable. Blinder sells more laser jammers than LPP/LI combined and has a 10 year record of reliability to on top of that. You can't even compare Blinder to any of these jammers except for maybe Escort. I'm sorry your having problems with your M-20. Just because you get one bad Blinder unit doesn't mean Blinder is a bad product. There is no full proof jammer. So far Blinder has been well above average on reliabilty. After 10 years, that says alot.

    Default New testing

    happya$$,

    Hey,

when is your next GOL test going to be? I'm thinking about using a Laser Atlanta for our next test on the Blinder M-25/M-45 units. I hear the Laser Atlanta is a pretty tough gun to jam. I did a small independent test on the Laser Mask GF-100 last week. I'm putting the results on youtube to see what people think of this jammer. We were comparing it to the M-25. It should be on youtube by the end of this week. 8)
