New lenses for M-20

I have had my M-20 for three years now, and noticed the lenses have a lot of scratches. Does this have very much effect on laser jamming performance and if so are the lenses hard to change out ?

Wouldn't hurt to get new ones...see if one of your boyfriends has any contacts in the plastics business.
