Blinder install

Hey guys, was wondering if you can help me out. I'm about to buy a blinder m27 and trying to figure out where would be the best place to install? I drive a 02 volvo s40 and seems like the only place I can mount it is below the license plate area. I figured I might as well purchase the Veil.

Below is a picture of the car (since I live in TX, we are required to have license plate on the front). Any suggestions? Thanks!

Considering the color of the car, I'd be tempted to use 3M mounting tape and put them on top of the bumper area below the grill, plus the Veil and make sure you get them tested.... that silver/grey may or may not be ownage color depending on the setup.
