During "that" first 30 second test phase I would shoot them with a tester and look at the heads through my cell phone camera to see if they light up. No prob. they light up get an alert, stop shooting it, they turn off and a couple of seconds later the audible would also stop.

Now I have installed all 4 J15's up front. When I test them now all 4 fire at the same time, and after shooting them a couple of times they don't stop. They also go dim after the first few shots. But if I don't shoot them with anything and just turn them on they go through the 30 second test phase and give me a 2nd beep to confirm everything is ok. Has anyone else experienced this? Are my Blinders done for?

I have 2 J11's on the back, and they are just fine. Light up when you shoot them and turn off afterwards.

Also, I've done a search on this but couldn't find a definite answer. For optimum performance, should the wire on the back of the heads be inward or outward? I'm trying to find out if my heads are "upside down."
Sent your question straight to the top in Denmark...This is the reply I received.

It sounds like this guys unit # 4 is bad and stays on after activating which starts a kind of jamming on the 3 other heads transponders and the system goes in to a bad circle and can stay on for long time

A way to test if one unit is bad is by testing one unit at the time to see if one of them is staying on for lets say 0,5 – 1,0 sec. after stopping the test, hope you know what I mean.

Another reason could be if his front system is a mix of different revisions, like mixing J11 with for example J15 as it could interfere with each other in some situations.
The Rev. Version can be found back on each unit.
