Blinder mounting system on ebay?

i was thinking about giving it a try. maybe look something like this-

have i part of the blinder be fixed to a spot, then an actuator arm fixed to a spot, connected to the other part of the blinder with a swivle in it and have i move from 90 degrees, instead of up and down. itd be fun to do
