blinder m20 x-somebody help me with an opinion please......

fitted a new one to my van to replace a snooper sld920(blinder m10?) and cant test it will a tv remote like i could with the old unit.it will go off if i place a ringing dect house phone near it but only if placed by one of the units-are they individual ie one is send and one is recieve?.could they have better screening from false alarms as the old ones are 3years old?.any advice please as im just a bit worried.the rest of its great,connected for audio mute etc,thanks,andy.

I already offered my consumer grade lidar to Sethy, but if he doesn't want it I'll sell it to you if you're that worried about it.

TV remotes should work for the M10 I thought? It's only the M20 that recognizes it as a false alarm.

yep my old unit would beep easy off tv remote or new bmw led brake lights up close!!! but the m20x doesnt do nothing.however,with it live if i disconnect the units and plug them in one at a time in the junction box it makes the alert signal so im guessing thats a good sign
