Does the Blinder laser Jammers Block Other Radars?

Im really sorry for this probably stupid quetion. I totally understands that Blinder system will block Laser Radars, What about all of the other Radars? With Ka, KU, X bands? Does it work for any of them? I live in NJ and have never been Hit by laser before, so im wondering if it works on other Radars. Thank you

NO it wont, it will only Jam LASER, best to use the search button and do some reading...there is heaps of info about laser jammers and what they do.
