Blinder USA great customer support

All to often we are quick to point out what customer service don't do, in this case this is big up to what customer service at Blinder USA did, my CPU M47 failed to respond, I called customer service on Monday 21 2011 am, was told to call another number, did so by noon same day, talk with Mike, trouble shot over the phone within the hour, Mike sent me back to the original customer service who then sent me out a new CPU.

I'm up and running with no issues, thanks Blinder USA.

Luckly you, i have been waiting on help with a cpu thats one of the bad batches (unable to update to newest version) and its stuck in an update loop for 5 months...

R6n350GT your issue is a little different. You bought from a dishonest dealer who sold you a Blinder for the USA and you are in Australia. The dealer you bought was a dishonest dealer and is no longer with us. I have tried to get your CPU swapped to the right one but my requests have fallen on deaf ears. I will be glad to exchange it for another CPU but it will be USA CPU as that is all I besides Chile units.

I am sorry for your bad experience but I have and will keep trying to do what I can.
