Anyone else with a Mustang?

What do you have, any mods, and how do you use it? Post a pic if you can.

I have an 03 Mach 1 with the 5 speed and IUP.

Mods are:
SCT X-Cal 2 w/ custom Dynospeed Racing tune
MRT O/R H-pipe & Borla Stingers
Strange 10 way struts
PHP Intake Spacer
MRT Shifter
C&L CAI

Mine is a weekend toy that I take to shows and drag race. The best I've run is a 12.78 @ 109 with the above mods and stock Goodyears.

anywho, i have a Black 2007 Mustang GT California Special (CS) 5-speed


mods:

FRPP X-pipe
Flowmaster 40-series
Hurst/FRPP Short shifter
Blacked out Headlight/Foglight/Tailight covers

Soon to come: Granatelli CAI and Throttle Body, new exhaust system to replace the Flows. And wayyyyy down the road will be Ducttail spoiler, Shaker hood from CDC, and black wheels.

im gunna get some better pics as soon as i wash it and it clears up down here. these pics really dont do it justice.

Great looking C/S! The chrome wheels look great-better than black ones IMO. I tried to post pics, but it wouldn't let me. Do I have to have a certain # of posts before I can upload pics?

My roomate has a 2002 Silver Mustang. V-6, everything is stock. Nothing special, just thought Id share He said he really wanted one of the new body ones (Like A-town has) but hes still real happy with his. I personally love how both body styles look. He does say that his older brother has a nice Cobra.

BTW, sorry for asking, but does C/S stand for California Special? If so, how are they special?

Nice rides all round. I like Mustangs a lot and i think black is the only colour to have.

Yep, it's a California Special. Here is the info from Ford's site:

To get the California flair you start with a GT Premium package. The California Special then adds unique California Special Dove or Parchment ""GT Leather"" trimmed inserts and Black with Dove or Black with Parchment interior color scheme. The front and rear floormats include the special Mustang badging.

Exterior accents include side scoops and unique front and rear fascias. The front fascia has a larger air intake and is actually 1.5-inches lower than the standard GT. The rear fascia is also cut differently with less tuck-in.

The polished aluminum wheels are 18-inches with a bright machined rim and are wrapped with Z-branded all-season tires.

ok i like A-town's stang, really nice and wouldnt mind driving it, but i would never get any other stang because there is so many of them around, 120 kids at my school all have stangs, some older and some brand new. I had the option between my lil eclipse or a 01 stang and i choose the eclipse simply because there are only like 1 other 97 eclipse and its not even a GST like mine.

I do see alot of Mustangs, but only a few of them are GTs :? If I were to get a Mustang, Id get at least a GT... or maybe a V6 and turbo/supercharge it. Id either get it in Black, or Dark Red with limo tint. Oh, and an X50 red

I had a 03' cobra (with a few tasteful mods) however she's gone now! :cry:
