    Default Electrical help.

A while ago I had a hard short in my cruise control circuit, turning off the brake lights and horn and cruise control. I have since re-wired it, but am without cruise control. I am fine with that but right after I got all that situated my tail lights and dash lights went out, I had to re-wire it and it works fine now except for the dash lights, I have been using a 3 led bike light. I am starting to get sick of the red led's and the fact that I cannot see all of my gauges. I have a chilton manual for my car but the way it describes the wiring it might as well just say bring it to a mechanic. What I want to do is take a wire from the switch that turns on my tail lights to the wire that controls the gauge lights, but no matter how hard I try to find what wire turns the lights on I cannot find it.

Does anyone know where I can find an online readable diagram for my car?

OK assuming Honda didnt change it up between your INtegras years and 97, then my Parking light wire is Red/Black (Red w/ Blk Stripe), its a POS+ output and there is no NEG- listed............. thats the only real thing I ca come up with because the gauges turn on with the Parking lights......... but apparantly thats in my Security module, but you should be able to find it coming out of the stalk on the steering column

as for me I've got aftermarket Gauges in there so theyre on a switch with my Fog lights

I poked around the steering column but couldnt find anything promising, didnt want to go touching wires together.

I just had a thought. If I splice the 12v from the switch that I put into the out on the dimmer switch would that light the dash lights?
