Would wouldn't need to stealth it out a car that does 250MPH would never be in a persiut. Think about it how could a LEO keep up. Even if you drove the Bugatti like a school girl you would still be pushing over 150 and at that speed the LEOs would call any chase of.

They actually lowered the hp from 1001 to 950 or so because the transmission kept dying under stress..
