Yes, it compliments the car.
No, it looks out of place.
God I can't stand these stupid rice wings.
I know I'm late to the party, but FWIW, I agree.
I like big wings - when they're truly functional - and I think that the TRD wing accomplishes both of those factors (it continually amazes me how much actual development the OEMs actually undertake, and I'd well bet that TRD wing actually truly outperforms the stock high-wing, which itself is, for those here who are not familiar, a truly functional piece).
The interior lip just looks out-of-place. Even if it added even more downforce, I'd really think twice about adding it, particularly for street-use, as it, to me, just clutters the area.
If you're still fond of the lip, though, and it does add downforce, I'd consider buying it, anyway, and affixing it to a spare trunk setup, for track-days/hot-lapping and/or show, when you could also bolt-on your TRD wing. There's many Scooby owners who do things this way, as they prefer a "sleeper look" during the week, and will get into full-combat-dress only for the track.
"I like big "wings" and I can not lie
You other brothers can't deny
That when a car drives by with an high end fly
And a round thing in your eye" . . .
