I was thinking about blacking out the grill except the logo. I'll probably go with the new blinder if the reviews look good plus Veil on the lights.

It has an 8500X50 now but I may try a 9500IX. Need something quiet because it's the wifes primary ride...

Anyone put jammer heads on one of these? The plate holder is also coming off.

With Veil on the lights, Blinders would be excellent performers. I think you both will like the 9500ix although it will be completely different than what you are used to.

Yellow is my recommendation for jammer head placement. Red is for radar antenna placement if you ever get a remote RD.

Seriously, If I do put jammer heads on it I'll probably get another grill and install them in the yellow spots. It'll require some dremel work because of the grill design...

It's my wifes DD so I think a hardwired ix will be a good choice. She goes to school in a mid-sized town with a bunch of strip-malls so the lockouts should make it quiet enough for her to tolerate.

I'd like to do the CI on this car but I just can't bring myself to do it... Maybe an STI-R... but I think it would drive the wife nuts. I can always throw the V1 in there for trips.

Will the 9500 hardwire work with the V1 for those road trips?

I do have a vanity plate for it, just waiting on the title swap.
