I like the factory rims. IMHO it'll be hard to improve on them.

Your rims look better than the ones on the brand new Premiers.

Did you look at any black rims with some aluminum accent?

Either of the ones you picked should look nice, but I like the stock wheels too.

Wheels on the next Vette will be Comp Gray. Maybe they won't show brake dust as bad as the chrome ones. Tht's the only knock I have on chrome rims is that they shown brake dust so bad.

ProLaser II, ProLaser III, Stalker LZ-1, LTI Marksman & Laser Atlanta "R" (looking for an Ultralyte LRB)

I'm using a very rare and freaking expensive ($500/rim and tire) Enkei,

Enkei Wheels : 2009 Race & Tuning Series

my type of Enkei have been discontinued already.

I don't know if you meant oversized wheels or just different rims that will work with your stock tires!

Also you have a very classic car, I don't think some large wheels will work too well on your car, for the vision I mean, in my case I have a car that you see pretty much at the SEMA Las Vegas shows or those SPEED TV shows about customized vehicles like UniqueWhips PROGRAMS - UNIQUE-WHIPS - PINKS, My Classic Car, Unique Whips, American Thunder, Super Bikes! - SPEEDtv.com, my oversized wheels, 2 inches larger than the stock ones, are 205/40/R17, you have to use only HP tires which are NOT too cheap, also you will have to do an alignment job for the new wheels, that costs money, also I don't know where do you live but if you got some snow in the winter DO NOT DRIVE ON HP TIRES DURING THE WINTER TIME, I take them off myself sometime in Dec and put them back on in April, during the winter time I'm using the stock tires.

This is the place, they had a location in Toronto but since last winter is closed down, where I bought my wheels and tires, RNR - Custom Wheels Performance Tires - Home

if you need more websites to see what oversized tires work on your car, let me know and I'll send them to you, but in a nutshell you can put any oversize wheels up to 2 inches over the stock ones, larger than 2 inches and you will get lots of rubbing, even with 2 inches you have to drive very carefully on bad roads, also you have to learn how to drive with such oversized performance wheels, also when you park your car you have to work with your power mirrors to lower the mirror and see the wheel closing in on the sidewalk so you wont scratch the wheel, in my case the tire is just 2 inches from the ground to the wheel itself, then comes the wheel and then is fully empty, extremely sexy but you gotta learn how to drive with such wheels and how to protect them from all perils out there.

    Best of Luck.

Also the best color is HYPERBLACK totally different than silver or chrome (I hate chrome!) and is not black at all, the best color possible but also more expensive than silver, black or chrome AND you can't find any touch-up paint for hyperblack, I went to a NAPA store where they do paint job for anything related to your car, they have the machine inside the store where they can prepare any paint you like but they were not able to do any hyperblack paint, there is no technology for such very rare paint!

I vote the 2nd one. The first one is more of a classic fast car look, the second one is better suited for a luxury style look. The stock one chromed would look good too, but they would look better in 18"s.

    What size are you getting?

    SUPERHYPERSTEALTH-O-BLACK:

Also difficult to duplicate without thousands of miles of hard driving. Also expensive because gas aint cheap...

(Pic taken on interstate on-ramp because that's where ROADWARRIORS pee while wannabees are at home polishing their rims.)
