Default Competition for STi, At Last!!!!!!

Well.....................at least in price! Cobra is coming out with a new RD that is claimed to detect red light cameras, speed cameras, etc. If you scroll down to the bottom of the article, MSRP will be in the $450 range.

    Here's the article:

    I wonder if they're taking pre-orders? :P

Ah, that was in the news section. No wonder I didn't see it.

I wonder how many $450 Crapras will be sold?

Next thing you know, RMR will be coming out with a cop detector!

If nothing else, maybe they could cut down on the LO leakage! That would make me happy! Maybe we should all e-mail them and beg them to cut down the leakage!

My guess is the radar/laser range will go unchanged. They'll have to devote more design time and circuit board area to the GPS feature.

I wonder if they'll provide a way to to GPS upgrades? They almost have to, otherwise it will be obsolete very quickly. Never mind, I just think I answered my own question!

Maybe we should send them a fax to beg them to cut down their leakage, or a text message.

They already know... heck their slogan is:

"Eliminating the competition... one false at time"

    Default wouldn't

Wouldn't that be something though that we all showed up to there headquarters off of Cortland ST in Chicago, IL and were able to get into a discussion w/ these folks. Heck, I'll bet just in the parking lot you would get a false on your rd from that place.
