Don't let these results give you a false sense of confidence with the LI. Still a great jammer (best one I've used), but my setup doesn't have any obvious weaknesses in terms of head placement, and I've had P/T at around 250-300' with the TruSpeed when heading into the sun.

In cases where your heads might not be optimum, you're especially vulnerable on the corners with that tight beam.

Be careful, and test it out if you can.

Laser interceptor is an Eastern European product built by ex cold-war engineers. They aren't building Soviet radar technology any more, so they're hard at work making the best product out there to defeat police laser.

That was me being silly. It's my group buy. I had heard that their designers were ex cold war engineers but I have never seen their resumes

And that was my daily driver we tested yesterday. We secreted the heads into my stubborn volvo grill because I didn't want them to be seen so placement was mediocre and we still got fantastic results. I'm going to pull them out, and place them much closer to the headlights. It's legal to have a jammer in FL so there's no point in hiding them.

We shot my car at least 5 times with the tru speed. Zero punch throughs. That included two shot with no shoulder stock, two shots with the shoulder stock, and one shot with the shoulder stock, kneeling, with the tru speed unit being steadied against another vehicle. Other than having a tripod, it doesn't get any better than that. That included shooting at the mirrors and headlights.

Even though laser is somewhat rare the parts of Missouri that I drive, I'm still excited to get mine. It's results like these that make it all worth it...
