Default passing a car on the left leo dont get a reading so shots the car next to u

Say your passing a car on the left cop can't get a reading so he hits the car next to you since you went at least that speed how well would that hold up?

LEO's can and sometimes do give tickets even though they never clocked your speed specifically.

They are 'trained' at least the Troopers here for visual estimates anyways, so if he sees you passing a car he knows the speed of... yeah you are in trouble.

Yes it would, since you have no way to prove he did not clock you.

....Not to mention the fact that most modern radars can clock two oncoming vehicles at the same time. (fastest and strongest)
